For the third year in a row Maria Widström, CEO of Improviate, held a guest lecture in change management for the final year students in the Industrial Engineering and Management program at University of Mälardalen.
“For Improviate it’s important to drive the field of change management as a discipline, since we know how big effect it has on organizations. It gives extra energy having the opportunity to meet curious, smart and driven students, who are the next generation stepping into the business life.”
Change management is included as a course in the program and aims to give students both a theoretical as well as a practical perspective on change.
