Sweden’s Municipalities and Regions (SKR) organizes a monthly network meeting for the regional HR directors. The members of the network are deeply involved in different change initiatives, such as digitization and the transition towards a patient-focused care. There is a general need to strengthen the knowledge about important elements for successful change.
Improviate was asked to conduct two interactive workshops for the network to increase the participants’ knowledge about change management. Some parts from the two sessions revolved around the following questions:
- What are the foundations of change management?
- What are some common pitfalls and success factors?
- What role can HR play in change management?
- What scientific references are there and what does best practice look like in the field?
Comments from some of the participants:
Improviate was good at bringing out the importance of the subject.
In the group discussion we were able to share experiences and learn from each other!
The workshops included interactive elements, reflections and group discussions. The participants also received references for continued learning and exploration of the subject.
