Bank increased change capabilities

Within one of the larger banking groups, several change efforts of various degrees were run in parallel. In order to manage the high rate of change, the bank appointed a group of change specialists to handling the implementation of the prioritized change initiatives. As part of that arrangement Improviate were asked to train the entire group in change management skills.

To further strengthen the group’s ability, Improviate facilitated group coaching sessions, as well as individual coaching sessions. The individual coaching sessions were focused on supporting the specialists’ skills, abilities, and strategies in managing specific change initiatives.

Improviate contributed to strengthening the bank’s general change capabilities, as well as increased skills and abilities to drive change among the employees.
