This mentor program is for change specialists who have the theoretical knowledge in change management and want to deepen their practical skills.
As a participant you will be supported to handle specific challenges connected to your unique situation and change projects that you are involved in. With the guidance from Improviate’s experienced instructors, you will receive methods, tools and approaches that can be directly implemented in your business.
This is a company-internal program and consists of a combination of interactive group sessions, as well as individual mentor sessions. The content will be tailored to meet the unique situation and business challenges within your organization.
